Free air con, 2 safe deposit boxes, top of the range BOSE audio sound base (Bluetooth and TV), large flat screen TV, DVD player, selection of DVD’s, clothes airer, iron, ironing board, fans in bedrooms. 6 personal sunbed cushions (full length), all bedding supplied, towels supplied (beach towels must be brought), mosquito screens throughout apartment. Furnished to a very high standard the apartment comprises of Master Bedroom, Second Bedroom, Lounge, Dining area, 2 Bathrooms, fully equipped Kitchen and large Veranda/Sun Terrace with stunning mountain views. Master Bedroom: Double bed, full large wardrobe with hangers, fan, air con unit, dressing table and stool with mirror, hairdryer, safe, lovely view over gardens and pool area. Bedroom 2: 2 single beds, full wardrobe with hangers, fan, air con unit, dressing table and stool with mirror, safe. Large Lounge/Diner: comprises of sofa-bed (converts into a double bed to suit 2 children) additional 2 seater sofa, large screen LCD television, DVD player, numerous DVD’s, coffee table, full length mirror, air con unit, and breakfast bar with 4 chairs. Kitchen: includes microwave, 2 hotplates, 2 slice toaster, kettle, cutlery and crockery for 6 people, pots and pans, 2 fridges (especially to keep your Prosecco/champagne cool!!) washing machine, all the usual utensils i.e. sharp knives, corkscrew, tin opener, peeler, sieve, bread bin, condiments. Bathrooms: Both bathrooms are fully tiled and comprise of a toilet/bidet facility, shower, razor points, mirrors, sink, and shelves. Lounge leads directly out onto the Veranda/Sun Terrace with 2 rocking chairs, table and chairs for 6 and a built in seating area with cushions. From here you have the view of both pools and beautiful garden which is impressively maintained and access to the café/bar area. Grena has 42 privately owned apartments, peacefully located on the outskirts of Hisonarou, a Dolmus ride (cheap local travel buses) or a leisurely 15 minute walk away. It has 2 large swimming pools, one of which is only 1.5 metres deep with 2 separate Children’s paddling pools. There are plenty of sunbeds, parasols and tables around the pools so no need to get up early to reserve. The immaculate gardens and stunning mountain views make the task of sunbathing and relaxing a pleasure. There is a bar/café which serves all the usual drinks, ice creams and snacks; should you want anything a little more filling the resident barman, Yildiray (a character himself, great fun, ask about his bagpipes ), will phone nearby eateries which will deliver. He will arrange trips and excursions should you wish. A good selection of bars and quality restaurants are within a 5 minute walk of the apartment. Generally bars and restaurants have their own free Wifi when dining. A local supermarket is only 50 metres away from the apartment which has a good selection of produce. Information sheet on the area includes restaurants, places of interest, emergency numbers (doctors, hospitals dentists etc.) is provided in the apartment. A guest book and suggestion box is in the apartment should you wish to leave any feedback which would be greatly appreciated (as this is my first year of home letting I would like any ideas or advice you may have).   Whether you are a thrill seeker, or a sun worshipper, this is the place for you!
